This document lays out the Terms and Conditions which shall be applicable to all the TFX accounts which are existing or may be opened anytime in the future.
The Referral Program allows registered TFX users to earn credit that can be applied to purchases on TFX by referring friends to TFX.
1. Entry/Eligibility
1.1. Referrer
To be eligible for the Referral Program, the user must create or already have an account on TFX.
1.2. Referred Friend
To be eligible for this promotion, the user must be new to TFX and must create an account on TFX using the referral custom link of Referrer.
2. Referral Procedure
2.1. TFX user can obtain their unique referral link by going to the referral section inside the portal or mobile app.
2.2 TFX user (“Referrer”) shares their unique referral link with friends (“Referred Friend”).
2.3. Referred Friend must sign up with the unique link provided by Referrer.
2.4. After Referred Friend successfully completes their first purchase (see section 4 below), Referrer will receive a reward, which will be visible in their TFX client profile referral section.
3. Referred Friend Discount Details
3.1. Referred Friend must sign up via unique Referrer link. Referred Friend will receive 25$ credit after signing up.
3.2. Discount will be applied to any TFX service. Valid for first purchase only.
3.3. Referral discount cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotions.
3.4. Discounts can be disqualified at the discretion of TFX if Referred Friend already redeemed the referral link and benefited from this promotion.
4. First Purchase Details
4.1 First purchase is when Referred Friend pays $400 or more to TFX via credit card or wire transfer.
5. Referrer Reward Details
5.1. Referrer will receive reward of $50.00 TFX credit for every Referred Friend that makes a successful First Purchase (see #4 above).
5.2. Effective from September 1, 2022, Referrer is eligible for $150.00 bonus for every three Referred Friends who become paying clients starting from September 1, 2022. There is no limit to how many Referred Friends a Referrer can invite.
5.3. Referrer will be notified via email when Referred Friend signs up, and again when Referred Friend has made their first purchase (see #4 above). The reward will be reflected in the referral reward section.
5.4. Referrer will be able to use the credit at checkout towards the purchase of any TFX service. Referrer can benefit from this promotion multiple times.
5.5. Credit cannot be combined with a discount or used alongside any other promotion.
5.6. Validity/Duration: Indefinite.
6. Cancellations/Refunds
6.1. TFX reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:
6.2. Suspicious Or Fraudulent Purchasing Activity.
6.3. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers.
6.4 Referral links cannot be on any coupon or discount sites. Any links posted on such sites will be invalidated.
6.5 Referral links cannot be posted on adult entertainment websites.
6.6 Any mention of TFX must not contain profanity.
7. Standard Terms and Conditions
7.1. By entering this campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
7.2. TFX reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without prior notice in the best interests of the company.
7.3. No users (Referrer or Referred Friend) shall have the right to contest any decision by TFX concerning any aspect of the referral campaign or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the qualification of entries. TFX decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, TFX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
7.5. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the user’s (Referrer or Referred Friend) responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. TFX will not be liable to compensate any expenses incurred in making Referrals.
