Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

This document lays out the Terms and Conditions which shall be applicable to all the TFX accounts which are existing or may be opened anytime in the future.

The Affiliate Program allows registered TFX users to earn commissions (currency — USD) by referring leads to TFX.

  1. Entry/Eligibility
    1.1. Affiliate
    To be eligible for the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate must create an Affiliate account on TFX.
    1.2. Referral (Referred Lead)
    To be eligible for this promotion, the user must be new to TFX and must create an account on TFX using the affiliate link.
  2. Affiliate Procedure
    2.1. TFX Affiliates can obtain their unique link by going to the Promo section inside the portal.
    2.2. TFX Affiliate shares their unique link with their referrals.
    2.3. Referrals must sign up with the unique link provided by the Affiliate.
    2.4. Affiliate will receive a reward quarterly for every Referral successfully completes their first purchase (see section 4 below), which will be visible in their TFX Affiliate Portal.
  3. Referral Discount Details
    3.1. Referral must sign up via Affiliate link.
    3.2. Referral will receive $25 credit at signup. Discount will be applied to any TFX service. Valid for first purchase only.
    3.3. Affiliate discounts cannot be combined or used alongside any other promotions.
    3.4. Discounts can be disqualified at the discretion of TFX if Referral already redeemed the referral link and benefited from this promotion.
  4. First Purchase Details
    4.1. First purchase is when Referral pays $300 or more to TFX via credit card or wire transfer.
  5. Affiliate Reward Details
    5.1. Affiliate will receive the reward credit for every Referral that makes a successful First Purchase (see #4 above) on a monthly basis.
    5.2. Affiliate will be able to track in their portal when Referral signs up, and again when Referral has made their first purchase (see #4 above). The reward will be reflected in the “Your Referrals” section.
    5.3. Affiliates will receive a commission on their PayPal account in USD.
    5.4. Validity/Duration: Indefinite.
  6. Cancellations/Refunds
    TFX reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke the use of this promotion for any of the following reasons:

    6.1. Suspicious Or Fraudulent Purchasing Activity.
    6.2. Promotion abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or multiple checkouts associated with the same customer or group of customers. Any referrals who breach rules will be invalidated.
    6.3. Affiliate links cannot be on any coupon or discount sites. Any links posted on such sites will be invalidated and any referrals applied will be deleted.
    6.4. Affiliate links cannot be posted on adult entertainment websites. Any links posted on such sites will be invalidated and any referrals applied will be deleted.
    6.5. Any mention of TFX must not contain profanity.
  7. Standard Terms and Conditions
    7.1. By entering this campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
    7.2. TFX reserves the right to change these terms & conditions or cancel any promotions at any time and without prior notice in the best interests of the company.
    7.3. No users (Affiliate or Referral) shall have the right to contest any decision by TFX concerning any aspect of the affiliate campaign or the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions or the determination as to the qualification of entries. TFX decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    7.4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, TFX Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    7.5. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the user’s (Affiliate or Referral) responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. TFX will not be liable to compensate any expenses incurred in making Referrals.
